"Customization Tools software applications for ALCATEL One Touch 715", made of the two applications "Creation Studio" and "Content Manager", can only be used in connection with the ALCATEL One Touch 715 mobile phone terminals (hereinafter referred to as "Alcatel One Touch 715").
Please note that " Customization Tools software applications for ALCATEL One Touch 715" can not be used with other ALCATEL mobile phone terminals.
INSTALLATION, DOWNLOADING OR USE OF THE Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter referred to as "the License"), PROMPTLY DELETE THE Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 FROM YOUR PC, DESTROY ANY COPIES YOU MADE OF THE Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 OR ANY INSTALLATION DISKETTES
OR CD-ROM, AND DESTROY ALL WRITTEN MATERIALS IN YOUR POSSESSION REGARDING THE Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715.
License Grant : Alcatel Business Systems (hereinafter referred to as "ABS") grants to You, as an individual, a personal and non-exclusive license to install and use one copy of the
Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 on a single PC at a time. Your license to use the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One
Touch 715 is conditioned upon Your compliance with the terms of this License. A License is required for each end-user of the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel
One Touch 715 and for each installation or downloading of the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715. You may make one (1) copy of the
Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 for archival purposes only. You must have purchased the Customization Tools software applications

ownership rights to the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch
715 will remain the exclusive property of Alcatel business Systems, and You will not
acquire any rights to the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch
715 except as expressly set forth in this License. You agree that You shall not remove any
copyrights or proprietary notices which appear on and in the Customization Tools
software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715, its documentation and its archival
copy.
Prohibited Uses : Without obtaining prior written permission from ABS, You may not (a.)
use, copy, modify, alter, or transfer the Customization Tools software applications for
Alcatel One Touch 715 or documentation except as expressly provided in this License or
under the provisions of the article L122.6-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code
implementing Article 6 of the EC Directive on the legal protection of computer programs
(91/250/EEC ; (b.) translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or create
derivative works on the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch
715 or its documentation provided that under the provisions of the article L122.6-1 of the
French Intellectual Property Code implementing Article 6 of the EC Directive on the legal
protection of computer programs (91/250/EEC), upon your written request, ABS shall
provide the information necessary to achieve interoperability between the
Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 and other software
as the case may be.; (c.) sublicense or lease the Customization Tools software
applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 or its documentation; or (d.) use the
Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 in a multi-user,
network, or multiple computer environment or in a rental, time sharing or computer
service business. Without prejudice to any other rights, this License shall be terminated if
You fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, You must destroy all
copies of the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 715 and its
documentation.
Limited Warranty :
the Customization Tools software applications for Alcatel One Touch 71 is provided <<as
is>> without warranty of any kind. ABS does not warrant or make any representations
regarding the use, or the results of use, of the Customization Tools software applications
for Alcatel One Touch 71 or written materials in terms of correctness, accuracy, reliability,
curtness, or otherwise.

DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING
OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE CUSTOMIZATION TOOLS SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS FOR ALCATEL ONE TOUCH 71 EVEN IF ABS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Applicable Law - Litigations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and
regulations such as, but not limited to, the ones related to the delivery, the use, the
recording of personal data, the export and import of the Customization Tools software
applications for Alcatel One Touch 715. This License shall be governed and construed in
accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute which can not be settled amicably
shall be finally settled by the competent jurisdiction of Paris, France.

2. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in the Product and Documentation are owned by
Extended Systems and are protected by United States copyright laws and
international treaty provisions. Extended Systems retains all proprietary,
intellectual property, trade secret and copyright rights not expressly granted to licensee.
3. Limited Warranty
Extended Systems Incorporated warrants the media on which the software is
furnished to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of shipment.
Purchaser's exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of defective media that is
returned to Extended Systems Incorporated. If Extended Systems Inc. is unable to
replace the media within a reasonable amount of time, the purchaser may
terminate this agreement by returning the program and all copies, documentation
and proof of purchase for a refund of the purchase price.
EXTENDED SYSTEMS INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BE ERROR FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE PROGRAM IS WITH THE PURCHASER. 5. Export Law Assurances
You agree to comply with all export laws, regulations and restrictions of the United States.
6. Controlling Law and Venue
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the state of Idaho with venue for any proceeding in Idaho.
7. Termination
This license and your right to use this software shall automatically terminate
if you fail to comply with any provision of this license and warranty agreement.
8. Total agreement
This license agreement completely and exclusively states the agreement of the
parties regarding its subject matter.

Documentation appartiennent α Extended Systems et sont protΘgΘs par la lΘgislation
des Etats-Unis ainsi que les dispositions des traitΘs internationaux en matiΦre de
droits d'auteur. Extended Systems se rΘserve tous les droits non expressΘment accordΘs.
Limites de garantie et de responsabilitΘ
Extended Systems Incorporated garantit que le support sur lequel le logiciel est
fourni est exempt de dΘfaillances matΘrielles et de vices de fabrication dans le
cadre d'une utilisation normale pendant une pΘriode de trente (30) jours α compter de
la date d'expΘdition.
Le seul recours de l'acheteur sera le remplacement du support dΘfectueux renvoyΘ α
